His videos are too long-winded and also click-baity for my tastes, but I don't really care enough about this guy to "hate" him. He's kind of too mediocre for hate.
fake weights, probably uses drugs (not necessarily steroids) and lies about it, dogmatic, acts like he's science based but actually only is when it suits his preconceptions.
I had a heavy schizo-tier dream last night that felt like it lasted ages and halfway through Jeff showed up and I challenged him to a pushup contest. Also he used fake weights and does clickbait tier fitness stuff.
People disliked him for a while due to him claiming pure natty in the old days and giving out some pretty memetastic bodybuilding advice in addition to some good injury re and prehab. For example, he is correct about spamming facepulls and palms up band pull-aparts.
The real thing that tipped him to the banished zone was the fake weights. But people are already forgetting about that.
Frankly he looks great, especially for someone with an on-again off-again gym life.
I'd be happy with the Jesse physique and I'm sure 95% of the people here, and 99.9% of normies, would be too. Good on him for getting over his depression.
Guy is on and off training. Also, have you considered he doesn't want to look like a bloated powerlifter? Some people feel comfortable embracing ottermode and that's all.
He filters midwits who get angry about his clickbait videos, most of which actually have solid reasoning behind them. Like everyone else, he's great in some areas and OK in others, but people expect total perfection. Pretty great videos for form, watched his shit for abs, completely changed my routine and my results have been great.
he's ok, his number one focus is injury prevention, which should be the number one focus for anyone that lifts regularly. His advice is applicable to the young or the old, the novice or the veteran.
Since he was a trainer for the Mets, his advice on shoulder health is impeccable. His fault is that he tries to market himself too hard, which leads to sometimes poor advice on heavier powerlifting / strength type work and the use of fake weights. I don't think anything he sells is worth anything, though.
Following his advice you are less likely to injure yourself and more likely to continue lifting the way he shows you for the rest of your life.
You know what I don't hate him, when I started working out at 15 he was the one I used to watch.
Sure maybe I would have more gains now or a better physique if I got better advice but as a teen who wanted abs he was alright.
Dont follow him anymore but I dont hate on him either, he is like that cousin or uncle you think knew shit and when you grow up you realize that they were mostly spewing miss info.
looks gnomish
Italians are white
They couldn’t get into America prior to 1965 so
>no, Italians aren’t white
Most Italian Immigrants came between 1880 & 1940. You’re Low iq
>(You)

That looks disgusting, kill it with fire.

he has beta nerd physignomy, and he didnt stay in his beta boz like most of IST does so they resent him for it
>Cause hes a dyel whos smaller and weaker than mike o hearns wife.
lmao actually true
Because he's a rehab guy who steps outside his bounds. Follow his advice if you need to rebuild weak/injured muscles, ignore his lifting advice.
Too many videos and they're too long.
>(yes or no question)?
>long rambling response
Just tell me coffee isn't good for me and fuck off.
Natural Hypertrophy told them to hate him and they obey their master.

So wait, he used fake weights in a pushup contest in your dream?
ideal body type but unattainable to most ISTzens due to the discipline needed to acquire it
I asked ChatGPT

people in general dislike fake nattys
Notice how Jesse was trained by him for years and he barely have an intermediate body
pic is what juice gets you
pic is what paying for a trainer gets you
Peak woman-attracting body
Jesse is actually 100% natural and has to deal with injuries. This does not reflect poorly on Jeff or Jesse. Jeff reflects poorly on Jeff, though.
Frankly he looks great, especially for someone with an on-again off-again gym life.

Pretty sure Jesse has been dealing from injuries from like a car crash or some shit for many years
It’s pretty obvious he’s low T from his faggy behavior. He’s basically a jester
Be honest, IST, ignoring my fucked up insertions, how do I compare to Jesse?
Looking good, but you'd need to focus more on chest and traps. And of course a lower bf.
I mean, comparing to Jesee.
Guy is on and off training. Also, have you considered he doesn't want to look like a bloated powerlifter? Some people feel comfortable embracing ottermode and that's all.
He looks like he's been molested by him. Was he groomed?
Looks like Idaho killer
worst MSNBC anchor
IST hates everybody
I don't hate you, Fren.
Sorry, I meant ecelebs.

clickbaiter, knowingly gives bad advice, is a manlet
Fake weights, but overall envy 'cause he has very low BF at almost 50yo.
Additionally in my gym there is a 165-170cm roidchud who constantly recommends his videos to newbies.
Liking him kills your gains

He's got good advice, too much focus on "aThLeTiSM" and too long videos though, be prepared to skip a lot.
The workouts he sells are kinda shit.
MAKING GAINS IS KILLING YOUR GAINS
Rachel Maddow?
