You’d be very surprised at how high of a priority joint health becomes at older ages. It affects everything, from lower back pain, neck pain, any pain at all.
I’m 27 at the moment and I used to be a ball of rubber from ages 16-23 that absolutely nothing could hurt. However as I’ve progressed into my late 20’s I’ve gotten so many aches and pains (lower back always hurts after sleeping, shoulders are stiff constantly, need to always check my posture) but working on stretching for my joints, not my muscles, has had immensely positive impacts on my health.
Too bad I don’t do it as often as I should, but this is old age Anon, get used to it

I used to have that problem when I first started working out but then it disappeared. So my advice is just push forward. It's not like you're gonna break your leg or arm and they are going to have to amputate.
Just do push ups while leaning on something instead of on the floor until your arms and pecs are strong enough.
Also walk a lot.

Strange. I'm 31 but I have absoultely no issues yet. Might be genetic. My grandparents did farmwork in their 80's.
might be, but I doubt it as pretty much everyone in my family has been... as active as you can get in a city

I'm an acupuncturist. My opinion is whatever, but it sounds like "blood deficiency" aka malnutrition. Start by taking more magnesium, vitamin C and collagen. It should help.
does vitamin c (the bubbly type) actually do something? I'll check into your advice

It's an antioxidant that I find helps with joint pain and we're often lacking in it. You can try soaking in magnesium salts too, that'll help the leg pain.
Stop doing things that hurt, frick push ups, are you in military? Frick that bullshit, i would do rope excersises, just get a big rope and move it around
