                Some quick points
                >exercise selection seems goods, most are proven, non meme lifts
                >I'd switch Arnold press for standard dumbbell overhead press
                >set and rep selection seems a bit unorthodox (6 sets of 4 reps). I would recommend trying to experiment with orthodox evolving rep ranges of 3x6-12
                >avoid AMRAPs for the time being because they'll cannibalise your energy from other, equally important lifts (every lift counts on full body)
                >instead of ab work mid workout practice it at the end of every workout, even something as simple as 50 conventional situps works
                >definitely reduce the frequency of running, it will absolutely hinder your lower body progress

        I'm gonna try this program. Due to my job, I don't have access to a normal gym, and have little free time. I have had a similar build, but with like 11% to 12% bf. I just wanna be strong again.

        I don't feel like jumping feet first into Sheiko or mad cow again. A full body seems good. End of blog post

        No hinge movements at all? Unless your squat is a lowbar, but even then, you risk knee pain and joint imbalances without good hammy/posterior training

    Not saying this program is particularly better than any other, but I've coincidentally gotten out of skinnyfat mode for the first time while doing it, and I could feel my muscle size increase with my fingers almost weekly. While cutting on around 130g of proteins daily on average.
