Raw fish is fantastic. Cooked fish is meh.
But a lot of this is just conditioning. Look at the tribes in Nigeria fricking LOVING milk mixed with cows blood. Just depends what you ate as a kid.
> Just depends what you ate as a kid.
I feel like this is true, but more in the sense that you like the kind of food you consume the most, like anything else, if you're used to chilling with a beer after work, you'll be craving that beer so much more, and in the same sense, if you change your diet, you might start to enjoy/crave it more over time, a lot of what we (think we) enjoy seems to just be habitual conditioning over time.
There's a ton of people who go like "ugh I cannit drink plain water, it tastes bad.'"
never heard anyone say that
are you american by chance?
I've heard this in the sense: > water doesn't quench my thirst, it needa to be sugardrink/carbonated water/beer
Judging by the sugar/taste element, I think it's something to do with how people might also confuse hunger with thirst, only the other way around.
Humans crave calorie dense foods. This is why fat and sugar taste so good. The foods you listed aren't even particularly nutrient dense besides Liver. Fish just has some good fats and eggs are extremely overrated.
you don't need to eat any of those foods to get all your vitamins, don't believe me eat your vegetables or even just take a multi and get your bloodwork.
just read what I said moron, antinutrients don't matter, people on normal healthy diets with vegetables/fruit aren't deficient in any nutrient, was that really too hard to figure out? you've been scammed so some dude could sell supplements buddy, get fricked.
bread dates back over 14,000 years. Our society has selected us to crave and consume carbs. It takes very little protein to maintain a body that can thrive.
Carbs and fats are much more nutrient dense than protein heavy foods.

Not even from one of the top 50 obese countries.
Water is gross. If I didn't need it to exist I would never drink it. I mostly drink water and milk, I get the rest of my liquids eating fruit.

>>fish
>>even eggs are not well liked by many people

>eggs
>contain every micronutrient you need in very bioavailable form
>not nutrient dense
can you name some things that have more bioavailable micronutrients?
kale, brocolli, literally most vegetables
and they don't even clog your arteries
pea protein isolate and söy protein isolate
Nutritional bioavailability is a meme.
I killed a deer and ate its heart the other day. Processed it myself.

Probably because we evolved from an animal that ate nothing but fruits and nuts.
yet nuts taste absolutely horrible... ?

Bread and other carbs are meager sustenance for plebs.
