It does. As a fat you feel disgusted and ashamed whenever you look in the mirror, but have trained yourself to ignore that pain signal.

As a fit, I gained about 15lbs since my cut, I was pretty demoralized but I'm crushing 531 and still able to run half marathon distances without stopping.

Anyway, I looked in the mirror saw abs, but really wanted that 8% bf look.

Then I went to a fat people hate thread and saw slightly overweight people and realized we are not the same. Ate probably 1500 calories of pesto(it's harvest time for the garden). Killed my 531 yesterday.

What do fit? I used to find those threads motivating. Now they are causing me to eat. Might be good for a bulk though.

      > trained
I have been fat since I was single digits in age. I am an alien from another world who has never understood what normal weight or normal, satisfying eating habits are like. Making myself eat in a normal fashion is a deeply frustrating habit to build.

It does, it's in you mind. You look around and feel bad, also your body feels heavy and annoying at flapping around. This is a big reason fat kids can't fix themselves, they grew in to feeling alright in a disgusting flesh prison.

Also you know how if you're ultra healthy you get very tired if you pig out of fast food? I use to do ironman (currently body is otter/gulag mode) and I had a double whopper one day and laid on the floor for hours.

    it literally does

It does, try eating 2kg of meat, you will feel satiated long before you can eat enough to get fat. The disconnect between regulatory hormones and food intake only occurs when modern foods are consumed.

it does, you just eat too fast for your body to tell you in time.

It does. Its called satiation. Its a hormonal signal that occurs when you have consumed enough nutrient-dense foods for the time being.

If you eat processed trash or carbs which have little nutritional value, you will never experience satiation because your body requires more macro/micro nutrients than what you ate can provide.

You can eat trash until you're physically filled with food as much food as you can stuff down your maw, but thats not the same thing as healthy satiation.

    >nobody understands this

Not to mention one of the main hormones regulating satiety is grehlin which is produced more towards the last few REMs in a natural sleep cycle. Fatties always tired makes tired fatties fatter.

None of those things actually stop you from eating though. Like, after you've coomed the dick won't get hard anymore so you can't spend all day jerking off. But with eating there is nothing that actually stops someone from eating all day

Satiation 100% stops you from eating because if you try to push beyond it you'll vomit everywhere.

Not the case for me. I can easily go 2 rounds with no pause.

You should only eat when you are hungry and you should stop eating when you are not hungry anymore, instead of when you are full.

This is the true diet the human body is built for

there's nothing that will make me stop eating faster than meat/grease. I made a bowl of chorizo egg and cheese as my first meal of the day and I felt satiated before I could finish it.
