    I really admire his grindset mindset but I don't think his particular brand of exercise is actually good for physical wellbeing. He's a testament to mind over matter but if you're looking to be healthy this much regular punishment is detrimental 100%.

    from what I've seen of gobbins though some of what he says is solid I just get the feeling for him it's all an insecure cope to seem masculine, I'm certain if he could read peoples thoughts and found out people thought he wasn't masculine he'd have a mental breakdown

    You cant tell me that this guy isn't a masochist. I respect what he is doing but it's not for me. Before you call me lazy, I box 4 days a week, play soccer once a week and workout 2-3 days a week. He enjoys the pain to some levels but obviously that doesn't take away from his accomplishments.
