hes' super fit sure but iirc he was saying he runs so much he's fricked his leg. it's about mileage man. you don't have to be extreme in your training, just reasonable and consistent with longview

moronic idea of cramming as much work as possible into the shortest time.

most normies barely do any work anytime ever. just doing the bare minimum and being consistent is all it takes to have wild success in life. people need to get out of this mindset of doing everything last minute and forcing as much effort out as possible (getting ripped for summer/revising for tests a day or 2 before). if you do like 30 minutes a day for 6 months you will be 90% percentile in almost everything, another 3 years and 95%

        What people?

literally everyone. goggins is a great example of this as someone who went from a fat frick to lean in a short period of time. sure its impressive but its completely unattainable for just about everyone else so it may aswell be useless advice. what would be better is for everyone to gradually cut and adapt their lifestyles to that of a not fat frick

that and goggins will likely give most people shin splints or injuries, but thats another matter entirely

Goggins' life looks miserable. Even he doesn't like doing the shit he does. His body is also falling apart. You'd have to be a fool to take the Goggins pill.

Running is good for you and fun but anyone who does 10+ mile runs is mentally ill. Simple as.

10 miles is not all that long.. Yesterday was my first run of the year, and I ran 12 miles on a track with 500m ascent and very rough terrain, and it really wasn't so bad.

Obviously you shouldn't run 10+ miles if you are in bad shape, but it is very reasonable if you've been running for a while, even if you are a complete casual.

Well, he's worked as a wildland firefighter for at least two seasons. That's more valuable than whatever 99% of IST users do with our pathetic lives.
