Bread is delicious, even more when you are hungry but shit has too many calories.

It's really high calorie, makes it harder to fit in protein when you're on a cut. On a bulk I guess it's okay but it's just a waste of calories that could go towards more protein or something tastier

I ate a whole bread once and it reacted with the creatine in my stomach, resulting in a nuclear fart. The resulting blast helped me set a squat PR, but also ruptured my sphincter.

Homemade bread in moderation is the absolute tiddies. Store-bought bread with all the fake unnecessary shit is a problem though

Used to be a baker. A fresh baguette out of the oven is one of the most satisfying tastes in the world. Absolutely worth fitting into your diet now and then.

Buy good quality 100% whole wheat flour and make your own bread. Only add salt and sugar for flavor. Or not if you don't care. It takes basically no effort and it's probably the healthiest bread you could have.

      This is absolute cuck mentality.

Any decent store will sell bread that's just whole grain flour and salt. Making your own does not make it healthier, it makes you tell yourself you're somehow more virtuous.

But it's not. And while it's amusing to make your own bread a couple times just for the experience and to know you can do it, holy shit this is cuck behavior long term. If you value your time at ANYTHING then it's far, far cheaper just to buy the fricking loaf from the store. And meanwhile it's eating into your time to do shit.

You think anyone who has made it, besides a cooking professional, makes their own bread with any regularity?
