My grandparents all lived until their mid 90s and never fasted, they ate multiple meals a day, so I dont see why the frick id fast for "muh health and longevity"

Fasting has broken my cravings and for the first time in my life I can so no to bad food. After a month and a half of omad and fasting I have more willpower than I had in the last 30 years.
your stomach capacity literally shrinks and you cant even eat as much if you fast regularly. just fast 48 hours eat whatever you want (you wont be able to eat much) and then do another 48 hours. and its wayy easier to not have to worry about macros, calories, types of food. just sit back and relax and drink some water.

Fasting is great short term for a quick cut as long as you hit you calorie goal when you break fast, but long term your body can have issues taking in past a certain amount of protein in a single sitting without turning it into glucose and urea.
