Saw a video if a dude tearing bicep overhand. His elbow was bent, so is everyones that ever tore a bicep. John haac mix grips 900 lbs. Please stop spreading this misinformation
Nah locking your elbows with your arms straight can pop your insertions even with very low weight. Happened to a coworker while he was opening a cabinet and he was out for 6 months. I'm in EMS so he wasn't super unhealthy and definitely not a roider.
3x5 on a straight bar i get an insane mmc, if that's what you mean. but honestly i think if you're progressively overloading then i dont think mmc matters
Improve your neuromuscular connection. Before doing curls flex your biceps as hard as you can for 3 sets of 5-10 seconds. Then when you're doing curls thinking about flexing them the entire time. Bodybuilders aren't lying when they talk about mind muscle connection. It really does improve hypertrophy.
Have you tried tempo work? Four seconds up, two seconds contracted at the top, four seconds down works great for me.
If you can't get a pump in general, then that's more likely to be a hydration or nutrition issue.
You're stupid, just curl.
Post biceps
Did she eat him?
>ez bar close grip curls
>concetration curls
Even better if you use bar grips
>I can’t feel my biceps no matter what
keep hand supinated (palm forward/up)
do straightbar curls 8-15 reps whatever
dont do preacher curls on bench and keep elbow locked on that bench and extend all the way down as you'll pop both bicep insertions
it is THAT easy
>ez bar
nahhhhhhh
Does supinated grip on deadlift help with biceps?
It helps with tearing your biceps, yes.
Swag

Roider issue. If you do proper weight your ligaments can keep up.

One function of the biceps is literally to turn your palm upwards. So regular curls are better for biceps development.
do heavy curls. 3x5.
Look at some anatomy, that helped me a lot with biceps and triceps
She could lose some weight.
It's not complicated anon, just progressively overload curls for a long time

Another way obscure way to blast your biceps is with with pull ups, neutral grip, chin ups. Then move over to curls
do hammers, curls are for nigs
Do iron cross training.
