>i hate pushups
Wrists are shot.
Then do them on your knuckles with your wrists straight.
I wanted to try this. On the bare floor or with something soft inbetween?
There are no rules anon, do whatever works for you
The solution that feels best obviously. As long as your body is being moved up and down using your triceps and pecs, you're doing work.
Just get parallettes or rings, easy fix
I use dumbbells as handles. As an added bonus this let's you go deeper.
gripping the floor helps for me
push up bars and wrist wraps baby.
Christ, I need to smell a hot woman's asshole this year
>tfw never gaped a woman
It's an unforgettable smell
Musky anal smell is exquisite
Push ups will grow your chest better than bench will
this, benching actually shrinks your chest muscles
dumbbell press and crucifixes on the floor. Dips on the side of your bed or couch or whatever. You literally don't need anything else.
>muhh bu-but i dont like it!!!
seethe and just lift the heavy thing you fucking loser
How long are your arms and your ape index
You’ve probably just got to work harder until you reach the point where it’s easier

Try and stop being a moron and do what works
Weighted ring pushups. GOAT pushing exercise and chest developer because it allows superior healthy range of motion in a closed circuit. The only tricky part is finding a good way to add weight. Using a dipping belt over one shoulder (alternating) seems to work pretty well but it's still tricky getting into and out of the thing with any serious weight on it.
Much better than bench for chest development though IMO.
