    There are very few situations where you'll need 7 days of rest between training sessions, chronic sleep deprivation is one of them (look up Chad Aichs, elite powerlifter who trained upper and lower only once a week for years)
    What really matters is how many sets you get (close) to failure each week, anywhere between 10-16 is good.

    Its not. Normies have memed it into being bad. They think it has low frequency and try to distance themselves from gym bro culture. Powerlifters/strength lifters also do not like being associated with gym bro stuff, but they avoid it because it is not great for building strength.
    If you want some fun in your routine try it. If youre doing low reps, it is a good deload option with high volume.

          The average person isn't that self-aware. And even if they were she would have already found this out after complaining about her friends or life to you and you not immediately turning 360 and walking away. Most women who are into that stuff actually enjoy it as a hobby. It's not a true belief for them, just something fun to do.
          It's the equivalent of you showing her your favorite gosling movie. She's not going to get it but she puts up with it because she likes you.

    it's not it all pretty much all works the same if the volume is equated per muscle group per week. As a natty you're gaining or you're not there's not really 'gains left on the table' you're not getting by having a lower training frequency per muscle.

    I think fullbodies and ppl style of splits help mitigate the ups and downs and of diet and sleep better which may show better progress across time for a lot of people but the volume or frequency isn't what's driving that.

    Bro split is ok but let's be honest, most people will skip every second leg day and will think that is okay. Just do something simpler and easier to stick with for the first 6-12 months. You'll get the same noob gains anyway. If you're still motivated to go forward after 12 months you can switch to a more complicated program. 3 days a week full body for started is king (not starting strength though, that is too simple)
