it's not hard just put down the fork
stop looking for ~~*alternative*~~ snacks, just don't eat inbetween meals
stop drinking low kcal beverages just drink water
there is no ~~*healthy*~~ cake option
going keto doesn't mean you can eat hotdog and mayo salads and lose weight
going carnivore doesn't mean you can eat unlimited cheeseburgers and drop lbs
CICO doesn't mean you can stuff your fat fucking face with muffins and cookies
put the goyslop down
its called a balanced diet because there is a little bit of everything
fatties will never learn
I lost my weight by building an outdoor garden. I just hand shoveled and tilled the dirt. Digging holes and developing a garden is the most fun i've ever had. The old ladies in my street ask for vegetable from time to time and it makes me feel like im an important part of my local community.
>eat less
you also need to eat food that doesn't make you hungry nonstop. literally stop eating goyslop >omg it's sooo hard to stop ordering mcdonalds on doordash!!
whatever
It's not, people are just instant-gratification monkeys these days and want to lose 50lbs in 2 days and when they see only 0.5-1lb lost after a week of working out they give up
They focus on the wrong goal (their weight) instead of focusing on the important part: The Process.
If you only focus on hitting your goal today, and literally don't pay attention to anything else beyond your goal today, you are succeeding. That's literally all there is to it. I lost 35lbs so fart (25lbs more to go) by just planning out my 1700 calories (for a 500 calorie deficit) and by making sure I worked out this morning. I now literally will not think about it for the rest of the day. If I have a burger and beer with friends some nights, so what, I just make sure I cut out my biggest meal to eat out instead.
I've been doing this for months and I'm just constantly losing weight. So many people I know who fail are just obsessed with how their weight fluctuates daily and they eventually get impatient with the progress and give up.
It's not, just eat less.
Because people don't have the willpower to eat less.
why is gaining weight so hard?
weight gain is not as simple as ‘move less, eat more’
Correct, we need to destroy the NWO enslavement regime first.

why is not reposting the same shitty threads over and over again so hard?
You don't even have to move more, you just have to eat less if your only goal is weight loss.
For the same reason quitting cigarettes or alcohol is so hard.
Life long changes to engrained, easy habits are extremely hard to break.
It really is just 'move more, eat less', but who said that's supposed to be easy?
Weight loss is never permanent. Increasing LBM and decreasing BF% is.
Because fat people lie to themselves about how much they eat and exercise

It's hard because people are retarded.
