Raw milk is a tiny bit thicker and tastes better in my opinion, not worth the outrageous increase in cost though. $20 a gallon where I live, Just drink kefir if you want bacteria at that point. >t. have drank at least 20oz of milk a day since I was weaned from breast milk
I used to do R&D for an ice cream company. For flavor, look for low temp vat pasteurized. You might have to find it at your local dairy. A second thing you can look for is “cream line” milk. That’s when there is cream at the top of the gallon.
There’s a non trivial amount of blood and pus in milk so I would never touch it raw unless I literally owned the cow. During transport, the blood/pus can float to the top and get caught/refuse that trailer by the manufacturer. Since raw milk can’t be sold at Walmart or target, it is usually only sold locally or through a share co-op. This doesn’t allow enough time for the bad stuff to separate and you can’t tell that it’s in there.
I really don't care for the taste of milk tbh. Love other dairy products though. I can kind of see why milk drinker used to be an insult, something about it seems a little feminine to me.
SS + GOMAD
Lactose (sugar) tastes good
casein has a metabolite that activates opioid receptors, look it up

Based milk drinker.

That's a lot. Do you freeze it or use it to make cheese or something?
I froze half of them, pulled out one to thaw this morning because I'm down to my 5th gallon already

Pasteurised milk has a gross burnt taste now that I've tried raw milk. Supposedly raw milk is more nutritious or easier to digest but idk
