Oats cooked in oatmilk is pretty tasty to be fair.
>Oats cooked in water is pretty tasty
Oat milk isn't bad per se but it's simply not milk, nor is it superior in any way to normal cows milk.
>120 calories per serving
>for only 3 grams of protein
>more expensive than whole milk or almond milk
It's just a shit alternative. If you're doing non-dairy go with almond milk. Sure the protein is non-existent but it also isn't fricking nearly the same amount of calories as oat milk.
>120 calories per serving
not my oat milk, 90 per cup and it tastes good
>if you slightly reduce the serving size then round down it goes from 120 to 90
riveting
>almond milk
noone has objected to that so I'll try it instead. I don't care for chasing proteins I simply want brown coffe and less muckus.
Doen't milk have to come from a tit? I din't recall oats having breasts, but if they do, please let me know I need to see.
Does oat milk have phytic acid contained in oats normally?
i literally ferment my oats to drain that shit out of them, imagine drinking nothing but the antinutrients
this
oats are meant to be rinsed and drained to remove the bad shit, and if oat """milk""" is just the runoff, then you're fricking moronic for drinking it
also it looks like cum which is yucky and gross
exactly my thinking
Is the regular milk real or just some chemically processed shit.
have you ever read the ingredients? its literally just food industry waste product turned into a slurry and then sold as a high margin luxury "health" item for npc morons. "Plant Based" is the biggest bait and switched israeliteery since sugar free. just more hyperprocessed crap to feed the masses
I checked my Oatly package and it's literally just water and oats with a pinch of sea salt
ive seen shit with all kinds of oils and preservatives in it to mimic the thickness of milk. frickin foul
I soak my oats over night and discard that water to reduce the phytic acid, you pay for it
Because it isn't milk and it is riddled with phytoestrogens. Having it once in a while is OK, having it replacing actual milk will turn you into a walking basedjack meme
>how do you milk an oat?
Full of seed oils
Lactoids are being controlled by the moojew. Count yourself lucky you escaped.
Why not just go to your babushkas village and get fresh milk there
It’s endocrine disrupting tea. That’s all it is. Glorified tea, that is also actively negative for your hormonal health.
It's made by China
I bathe in oatmilk
that minimalist, clean and smug advertisement raping my eyes, destroying my view and degenerating the cityscape is enough to hate the brand and every managerial class bug man behind it.
OATLY specifically, has the most cringy packaging and marketing shit of any product to date
Those responible must burn
I fricking hate that graphic design. it's meant to appeal to, like, millennial redditors and people who live in seattle
if their whole advertising campaign is about it being 'made for humans' when do they start selling us breastmilk?
Imagine thinking you're some manly alpha male just because you drink cows milk lmao.
You guys are pathetic
I don't mind if it wasn't called Milk.
Milk implies it's being produced by Mammals imo.
what about wienerroach milk
>you VILL eat ze bugmilk
shouldnt bugs be bad for humans over continous use in food if our immune system responds to chitin ? must be plentiful of traces of it left in whatever they add it into
if theyre farmed intensely to massproduce even more "replacement products"
It's tasty and nice in a foamy coffee. But a shit alternative or drink in general based on nutrition
Oatmilk would be fine but most oatmilk producers are using industrial byproducts like vegetables over healthy / natural plant fats. I'd recommend coconut creamers / milk substitutes with a short list of ingredients with no vegetable oils and no weird additives like Oatly does.
Workplace ran out of normal milk so used oat milk. Big mistake. Shits not bussin fr fr no cap.
try not to let the real problem go right over your head when a majority of these "milk replacement" is jammed full of seed oils
just like they do with "low/medium fat butter" .. "MaRgArInE" literally the soiboi version of the real cooking fat and every snack
in your grocery stores.
imagine falling for the tricks a bunch of rich people who likes to play with peoples lives and decide how they live and track your
investments for discounts to make sure that you really swallowed the pill and took the vaccine.
this shit has been shortening peoples lifespans since they tried replacing fat with unhealthy oils to make big money fast with
no refunds once you die early into your pension since youve already served your purpose in their society by then.
fricking drink real milk
imagine if i cut up loads of vegetables, soaked them in water and then sold the water as 'vegetable milk'
That's why it's 'hated'
Oat milk is kinda tasty as a coffee add-in but
>worse nutrition
>more pricey
>tastes bad straight
I personally keep skim milk and a half gallon of whole milk in my fridge for baking/espresso drinks
