      Women will walk into the gym, go straight to a squat rack and spend an hour doing barbell hip thrusts for an hour. I other exercises, just hip thrusts. I see multiple women do this every time I go to the gym.

    I have plenty booty from genetics so my ass is silly big

      just say frick it to your quads and dedicate leg day to posterior chain leg exercises

      hamstring curls / romanian deadlifts / lunges / bulgarian split squats / sliding leg curls / hip thrusts / good mornings.

      You should also do lateral / abduction exercises to build your glute meds too.

        it's strange they have everything but a squatrack really. It's quite a small apartment gym so I guess they're trying to save space? In any case I'm poor and its included in my rent so its the best I can do... I've been doing smith machine squats every other session on somewhat lower weight but idk...

          It depends on how your body hinges
          Some people do fine on smith machine, but if you dont have a perfect up and down movement it can put excessive strains on your spine at higher loads

    If lifting made their breasts fatter, they'd do that too. They know when it comes down to it that's all they could "improve" in the gym. Weight is mostly diet, and they have to work with what they're given facially unless they save up for a doctor to grind their bones around and inject them with chemicals in the name of beauty.
