      Pushups is a natural movement similar in many senses to walking on all fours. Even our closest relatives chimps do it all the time, almost every primate and mammal in general do, that's why we're called "tetrapods" - tetrapods = four feet.

      Why would those muscles develop so well if they are not natural to develop? Why would they look so aesthetic if they're some artificial modern construct?

      If intentionally developing your arms is regarded as healthy and natural the same can be said for your chest, at least by doing pushups and weighted pushups.

        bullshit. Pushups are a recent invention, and if you read up about actual ancient greek workouts and exercises, they didnt do, know of, nor even consider pushups. The closest they had was going from laying flat to standing up, in which the chest has only minor activation unlike pushups. The pushup is not funtional like lifting things up from the ground or lifting items overhead. If you do any real world pushing, you know you either do it with arms extended, or with the blade of your forearms, neither of which have great amounts of chest activation.

Nofap can also do quite a bit but it can be very hard if you end up getting to higher test territories. I used to be able to do it for two months but nowadays two weeks at most is all, although I feel fucking fantastic after two days abstaining just from that boost. Shit like environment affects your test too, like too high stress.

          This is the way I see it too.
          Modernity has lead to these factors which are decimating test levels, but it has also given us the opportunity to know what's causing it and ways to counteract it.
          If you spend the time to learn and commit the knowledge to practice consistently you will be miles ahead of the curve.
          Modernity is the poison and the cure.

          The negative impact of chronically low test levels is having on a society wide level is a whole other problem however.
