    If you want jaw gains eat these fuckers, they take like 10 minutes to eat. Also can either give you mammoth shits or constipation from all the undigestible fiber and artificial sweeteners. Can't believe I used to waste so much money on stuff like this when stuff like greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, tuna, meat in general is cheaper with better macros and has actual nutrients without artificial sweeteners, onions by-products, vegetable oils

    I tried these for the first time yesterday and it was shit. Disgusting sorbitol/stevia aftertaste. Pic rel is ten times better. Very sugary and terrible for weightloss like all bro-bars but at least it tastes good and fills you up more than a fukn mars bar
