      Will creatine get me jacked?

But it can definitely boost some of your lifts by a good 5-10%, which in turn will help with hypertrophy.

It doesn't. The only thing creatine does is get used for ATP production within the muscles.

Honestly I didn't see any difference. Maybe a couple of reps but could be placebo. It could be sugar powder for all I care, especially looks wise.

No, he is just closer to the camera. Look at how much bigger his head is. Also his skin is more tan and he has better lighting with shadows creating the illusion of more definition in his biceps, chest, trap, shoulders etc.

Also probably has a pump in the latter pic after a workout and goyslopped 500g of carbs. I mean sure take creatine. Im not "against" it if you want to try out and spend your money. But I guarantee if you are lifting properly and you dont have noob gains left in the tank, taking creatine will not make you do a single more rep in the gym or put a gram more on the bar. It just wont. I actually started lifting heavier when I STOPPED creatine, although I dont believe that creatine was making me worse, its just a funny correlation to demonstrate that it literally does nothing. But if it gives you placebo and delusion that now I will lift more, then it can work in that way sure.

LOL it takes at least a couple weeks of preloading creatine monohydrate before you reach saturation levels. I say you wouldn't see a change after a month

Will creatine get you jacked? Not like this guy frauding. It can help though. Stay on it for a few months a drink plenty of water and you will see yourself inflate. Once you stop creatine you will become a bit smaller and weaker but it comes back naturally

If you cut the creatine dose in like half or something, can you avoid the hairloss?

Creatine doesn't cause hairloss. Balding is genetic. The only thing creatine does is get stored in the muscle so that it can later be used in ATP production. Your body even produces 1-2g of creatine every day for this purpose. Whether or not you need to take a creatine supplement depends entire on whether or not you are getting enough creatine from your diet on top of this. If you eat a pound of muscle meat every day, you are likely getting 3-5g from your diet and you absolutely do not need a creatine supplement. Some cheeses might even have 2-3g in a 100g serving. Unless you're a vegan or some weird type of vegetarian (in which case you have a lot of other problems too), you probably do not need to take a creatine supplement.

    into the trash it goes.
I'm open-minded about creatine's "fullness" claims, but this pic is completely worthless

For some, personally didn't see much of a difference. I put up bigger numbers now (above 1/2/3, don't deadlift) and am 15-20lbs lighter than I was at peak creatine bulk.

Now let's see him keep that for 30 days without ceatine.
