      Not OP but I am on a cut how many hour of cardio a week should I do to cut and not lose muscle?? Would 30 minutes each days be the best or an hour or like 2 insane session a week ??

                hard cardio usually is a very fatiguing form of cardio such as running at hight speed (~85% max hr) and low cardio is less fatiguing and at lower heart rate (~65%).you really only should do hard cardio if you're trying to improve at that specific sport no need to run that fast if you're just doing it for general cardiovascular benefit

                Hard cardio is anaerobic cardio, where you use up oxygen faster than you can get it into your blood.
                Light cardio is aerobic cardio, where do don't deplete oxygen.
                Lactic acid or lactate is a byproduct of anaerobic respiration. Your liver can later recycle this lactate back into pyruvic acid for aerobic respiration, but this takes time + oxygen to do.

    I guess it’s delusional ignorance, back in 2012 when I started lifting I ironically thought me looking like Zyzz was automatically going to happen if I simply lift weights and get lean, turns out there’s a lot more involved much of which is out of your control (genetics to look aesthetic)

    You could do everything right and still look like a turd simply because of your genes not allowing you to have an aesthetically appearance which depends on how bodyfat sits on your frame and how muscle mass sits on your frame, and how your frame is to begin with….

    A guy who is 6’0 200lb and 10% bodyfat will look very different to another guy who is 6’0 200lb and 10% bodyfat… the only difference being how the aesthetic proportions are. One of the guys can look like shit and the other guy can look like a fitness model. With the same height, weight and bf%

    The uneven skin tone looks bad, but you can fix that with proper use of covering up and sunblock

    It looks like you do actually lift? Relatively a beginner, correct? Keep at it, and focus more on torso muscles (back, chest, abs).

    Despite the shapes visible on your abdomen, I strongly suspect you are holding a lot of fat. Those aren't big obliques, those are love handles. And I can't see your serratus or rib cage, which makes me think you are skinny fat and not skinny.

    I would cut down either 10% of your bodyweight first or else cut down to 7% bodyfat (whichever milestone you reach first). Once there, evaluate the situation again.

    You are lucky to have a good shoulder to waist ratio. You're skinnyfat but that can be easily rectified. Focus on building muscle and getting rid of that unsightly fat on your torso
