Depends at what level of intensity you’re working. If you’re committed to 3x frequency, consider working in some supplemental movements to give your lower back a break:
> rack pulls
> RDL
> deficit
All fine for deadlift alternatives, assuming you’re still going other things to build your smaller muscle groups (hyper extensions, GHRs, leg curls etc.)
Personally, I think that unless you’re a 19 year old NEET who lives on a dairy farm, you’re gonna burn yourself out

Do not deadlift 5 times a week matey. It taxes your CNS so much you'll just mog all your other lifts and perform like shit on the deadlift.
Max-out PR deadlift performances take 10 days to recover from. Do them once a week. Possibly twice at a stretch.

No, you won't. The good thing though is that if you try this you will crap out fairly quickly, so you'll learn a valuable lesson without wasting TOO much training time. Or, you could just listen to conventional wisdom and only do it either once a week or 2x, 1x, 2x, 1x a month.
i only deadlift 300lbs for sets of 5, i dont think its that big of a problem

My program tells me to 1x5 deadlift once a week and increase 5kg everytime.
Is that supposed to be too much?
yes i tried i got to 150kg for reps then plateu, you have to do more sets and reps so your body adapts, thats why i started 3 times a week
