you might some problems clearing fatigue by cramming so much volume into so few sessions but everyone responds to volume differently.

The advantage of PPL is that you hit each muscle group twice per week as opposed to say a bro split where you hit each muscle group 1x a week. Doing a 3 day PPL is completely counter to the point of PPL. But yes, if you are new you will still make gains on a 3 day PPL but they will not be optimal
