They approach me now and it's worse. It doesn't fix being socially retarded and spilling spaghetti.

What is so hard about talking to a girl? Why would lifting help you talk?
If you have some sort of trauma or inferiority complex I would suggest therapy. Lifting will make you more attractive physically and through routine you can prop up other aspects of your life. Just chill out anon, being with a girl isn't all it's cracked up to be if you aren't good with yourself first.

        >Any tips of on who/where to practice?
Everyone, everywhere. Just get in the habit of small talking to people that will talk to you. Also, don't talk to long keep it under 5 mins unless they want to keep talking.
        >Bars have been brutal
Yeah. Not the best place to practice if you don't have experience talking to people but it can be helpful just to get used to being rejected.

When you become fit you usually also have improved self-esteem, give less of a shit about what others think about you (i.e. can talk more naturally and maybe handle rejection a bit better), and carry yourself with more confidence. This is something that girls (and people in general) pick up on and are attracted to.
So indirectly, yes. But it's not guarantee. if you're still socially inept and unable to read people or exude any confidence, your physique won't help you much.

Literally the exact opposite happened of all that happened to me.

Sure I look better than ever before, but I have devekioed massive body dysmorphia issues in the process which of course in return lowers my self-esteem and I care a lot more what others think and I have lower confidence as well. Actually I was in a way better mindset when I was a scrawny skelly who ate like shit.

no. not if your ego is outta control. you're gonna have to pray to jesus for a few years and make god your god instead of women before you'll have the gumption to talk to a woman your attracted to.

Being IST is a multiplier, which means if you get zero pussy prior to getting IST you'll more than likely still get zero pussy even after becoming jacked. But if you get some pussy before getting IST you will most definitely get more pussy after becoming IST.

And the vast majority of IST posters fall into the first category, hence all the endless kissless virgin threads on here. That's just how it is.
