                Burpees.4-5 sets every day. Don't do it before you lift or you'll be too burned out and exhausted to lift any heavy metal. They're short,explosive and get you tired very quickly.

            You will be shocked how quickly your cardio improves if you are starting at 0. Just increase the duration a little each time, the progressive overload will force your body to adapt. Once you have some stamina you can start to do higher intensity stuff. I honestly don't know if you even need to build up stamina before doing higher intensity cardio, but at a minimum it should make it more enjoyable (i.e., not feeling like death immediately).

            You can adapt his workout for you too. Burpees are good for cardio and you can choose the intensity of the burpees with different variations, like explosive jumps after the burpee, like I do by the end of my workouts. I do the burpee + explosive jump and when I get tired of the jumps, I finish with navy seals push ups. It feels pretty good, mate.

        On a serious note, he means the muscles used for when you're holding in your pee. You relax them when you're in the bathroom. Some people have problems with weak pelvic floors which lead to them having trouble holding it in.           Reverse kegels are basically just relaxing your pelvic floor. I actually went to physical therapy because I was going to the bathroom like every hour. The PT told me it's because I'm not emptying my bladder completely since my pelvic muscles aren't relaxed. Basically regular stretching + magnesium helped me get back to normal

              Just like how you can feel your kegel when you try to hold piss in, you can feel your "reverse kegel" when you try to push it out.
              Take that feeling of trying to push piss out of your bladder and practice it, training it just like you would kegels.
              Here's another cue that helped me: Imagine the musculature on your pelvic floor as a web of criss-crossed muscle fibers directly above your perineum. When you kegel, you are pulling that web of muscle directly upward. When you are reverse kegeling, you are pushing it directly downwards.
              A third cue: It's like the feeling of pushing out a shit, but shifted forward so it's directly behind your balls.

              Lastly I found it significantly easier to do reverse kegels standing up than sitting or laying down. Once you get dialed in though you can reverse kegel in just about any position

      If you pull out and use death grip to induce the nut, you could probably shoot since the muscles start contracting even hard to force it out. Just be sure to squeeze the tube on the undersize almost to being pinched off. Hold it for a few seconds then then relax the grip and fire away.

    you probably shouldn't be doing kegels unless you have an issue already. The pelvic floor is an area that is almost constantly under constant tension because we tend to contract the area when we're stressed.

    You will likely benefit more from diaphragmatic breathing into the pelvic floor and learning relaxation than doing kegels.

    Kegels can produce long term tension and irritate your pudendal nerve
