It is also random luck. Most people who live to old age just happened to avoid serious illness while the others caught some random bacteria or virus or fell down the stairs and fucked their hip
Dude I just wanna die already
I wanna fuck a lot before that so I keep a handsome body but that's the extent of my interest in health
But I check 5 or 6
i can't say that life in the 21st century holds a lot of meaning for most people. consume and work... is that really what you want to prolong your life for? relationships and loved ones are the only things that matter. if i'm at the end and my family just wants an inheritance, then let me die. but if we can laugh and spend time together, then yes, i will fight to live
>are or were married
So what you're saying is as an incel my hatred of women is justified because they are LITERALLY cutting my life short because I'm ugly?
im 31 and the thought of living even to 35 brings me horrific terror. i am a complete loser and wants to kms every day and have no happy memories of my entire life to look back on.
I've successfully done/am doing all but the last 3. Ironically enough, the lack of those are the precise ones that lead to men thinking they'll die young.
It wouldn't surprise me at all if I learned I wouldn't see 30 or 40.
My grandfather died at the age of 96 and was relatively healthy for his age except for the last 6 months. He smoked his whole live (small cigars) and drank exclusivly beer, coffee and wine. Sometimes he mixed the beer with lemonade. He also did not exercise except skiing when he was young.
Bullshit made up list. All those 100 year old japs and Italians do stay active, but they also all smoke and drink all day. And they barely eat, but when they do it's like vegetables and pasta or rice.
Most of them smoke lol. Cope image
survivorship bias.
All except last two
Same
Me too.
nah this is bullshit
most 100 year olds are sedentary soda addicts who smoke
Source? Genetics are probably the driving factor as to whether you'll live another decade once you're that age

Then lose weight
If you're working past 60, that's on you lil bro

All but the last one because I am a madmonk and refuse to touch women
All

Probably.
>social networks
it was over before it started

>Challenge my mind
>Not a smoker
>try to maintain a positive outlook
People in both sides live long lives, I'm all set
I tried so hard and got so far but in the end it doesn't even matter
No tobacco
Maintain healthy weight
Fruit and veg
Daily physical activity
I gotta work harder on the others
>Maintain a positive outlook
>Have close friends and social connections
That hits a little close to home bud.
Lifts to improve this?
I’m pretty sure I won’t see my 60’s.
t. halfway through.
