I remember eating a lot, and sleeping a lot. I was a pudgy lad, but at 16 started fasting out of necessity, and trimmed down. If i have kids, I'll probably put them down the same path, but more cardio when they're younger.

GH is not enough, if what you are dealing with is idiopathic short height what you need is GH, gh production inducing peptides and strong aromatese inhibitors. This is proven to work, hoever it will make him more mentally unstable during pubirty and his spine, especialy lower back will be more at risk, so you will have to ensure he has proper posture and good muscleback bone so he doesnt end up disabled.

I was still skinny af and had to start working out when I entered uni. I have stretch marks on my ass, back and knees from the growth spurt.
And the worst of all I got scoliosis. Its not really appearant what was the cause as it can be either shitty lifestyle with mom, growth spurt or genetics but it really doesnt help. Also height is directly related to WHEN you hit your puberty. One of the reasons im 6'4 is because I hit puberty late if you do anything test or osterogen related at a young age you will be stuck at that height (women hit puberty earlier thats why they are shorter)

Anecdotally, I can confirm this. I’m 6’1, but both sides of my family are generally really short. I’m at least several inches taller than any of my blood relatives that I have ever met. I was a late bloomer too - I was about 5’7 at the start of high school and 6’1 at the start of Uni. Maybe I would have been giant if I went on growth hormone too.
I think I'd have been a giant on growth hormone, but that was never even a thing back then. I was over 6' in 8th grade. Reached my final height of 6'4 in either freshman or sophmore of HS. I remember some nights the growing pains were so strong in my forearms and shins, like someone trying to pull them like taffy. I can only imagine if I'd done any sort of growth. I'm the tallest in my family too, dad, and both brothers maxxed out at 6' but not until HS.
