Planning to start injecting test in my 50s. Maybe late 40s. Ride it out till I die doing something active in my 90s

I hope so. My dad is still running competitive half marathons in his 50s so I'd like to think that I'll still be working out at that age.

The older you get the more important lifting gets. Higher muscle mass heavily correlates with longevity and healthspan.

    homie, I'm 49 and just started a test/trem/mast blast. 300mg each

Yes. That's only 15 years away for me. I'm trying to get as much additional muscle as I can right now so when I hit the 40s to 50s test plummet I can maintain fairly well as the old man of the gym. I plan to lift until I'm dead like Jack LaLanne.

Honestly, test doesn't really plummmet that fast in your 40s.
I made my best progress in my early 40s before COOFID fricked things up for over a year for my training when I had to work 80 hour weeks and had to put lifting on the side for a while.
43 is when I finally had visible abs for the first time, and when I was my strongest pound-for-pound. Only thing that fricks me up closing in on 50 is that my knees get a bit cranky from time to time, but other than that, I still make progress and don't plan to slow down.
I'll probably start TRT though when I do hit 50, as the dick doesn't cooperate as well as it used to when fricking, but that's the only downside to my age.

There's something cringe about flexing your fit body after 60 year mark.
    Maybe im just a homosexual.
Do you think grandmas care about getting stuffed in their dry pussy with by a fit old bald wrinkly man?

You should know that old people fricking is a regular problem at retirement homes. They still wanna frick.

    Frick yeah.
I started at 21, I'm 49 now and still lift heavy 3-4x/week and won't stop until my body forces me to.
I can still hit a 500 squat to depth any day of the week, and am getting pretty damned close to a 600 lb. deadlift (pulled 3 singles off of a 2" block a few weeks ago), so frick getting weak as you get older, keep it up and you can stay strong for a long fricking time.

Good job man, right there with you. Started at 18, now I'm 37. Never gonna stop.

All you zoomies reading this- don't ever stop lifting. I regularly get mistaken for a college student. Happened again just last week while I was getting my hair cut. Lifting is the fountain of youth.

50 is still young. Machines are there for a purpose. Make it a joy, not a cope
