You need blue light therapy. And also throw in infra-red light therapy. Do both.

Walk a lot. Just the process of being where you currently are and incrementally moving slowly forward to where you're going is, over time, a huge whitepill. You begin to enjoy the slow steady nature of it and how it is directly relateable to other things in life. The repetitave aspect of it is somewhat like a full body chant that gives it a meditative nature. You'll be walking along, in the zone, looking forward, charting your upcoming course on autopilot when you will get absolutely soaked by a wave of higher thought out of nowhere, almost as if from God himself. The thought rushes over you, subsides, and all will be calm until the next. Doing it enough will leave you spiritually refreshed in a way much different than other activities, as it needs very little recovery yet still is very beneficial to you.

Iktf anon. c**ts in here saying it's not that bad, we got ice last two winters in Vic. Our wardrobes and infrastructures aren't built for it.
In truly cold climates like Europe it's proper to be equipped for the cold. In Victoria it's usually unexpected and so much of the clothing, buildings, etc aren't equipped to deal with it.
Anon here's something that helped: I have the pleasure of having a fireplace at my house. In winter there's nothing like feeding a fire in the lazy hours of the evening. Also gets you chopping wood which is gains, plus new frens when you buy wood.
    Truly a life saver.

Every winter I've tried to do these meme-fixes, I've felt shit anyways. This winter I didn't do anything and felt great, because things in my life are going better.
If you feel marginally more shitty during the winter, it's not because of the weather, it's something else in your life
