they're not that hard. the thing you have to understand is that your elbow is pressed down on the wall/board which gives you way more leverage than if your arm was truly just hanging by a bare piece of wood. these things look impressive but they're not that taxing. you just leverage with your elbows.

Nah that's not the trick need to be good at pullupsand brace 1 arm close to your body basically holding your entire weight then with the other free arm move to the next hole. I usually see them at an overhang so you're not touching the wall. They got these at climbing gyms could probably go up and down the one in the op 3x.
