Hi I need help I am 165cm (5'5) and weigh around 108-110 lbs.
My weight is fine but my stomach has zero definition. I look similar to the top picture in picrel (I might have less fat on my stomach actually) and would love to look like the bottom image. I look skinny from the side but from the front I can look fridge-ish. So I want to achieve this just using my mat and lightweights at home through Pilates or something.
I was wondering
Is this realistic and how long would it take if I did it say 4x a week?
Do I ignore exercises targeting my obliques if I want I small waist ? I have heard this on tiktok (Mine is 26 inches, 25 is my ideal)

As Many Reps As Possible. Usually done for a 30sec or 1-2 min sets. Think of HIIT (High intensity interval training, AMRAPs usually have a bit of more leniency on rest than HIIT.)

You don't have to put on weight to build muscle and lower body fat, especially if you've never weight trained before. Just go to the gym and do whatever program you're comfortable with while maintaining your current weight. Your body will use your current body fat in order to build muscles as you progress.

3xAMRAPs of Sit Ups, Flutter Kicks and Bird Dogs. Do them one by one in a circuit 3-4 times a week or more if you don't feel results kicking in. Rest is diet.
bottom pic has a lower body fat% compared to top pic. Only way to lower body fat is by either losing more weight (becoming anorexic) or building muscle. Most gym thots go about this by only doing leg day so they don't get any upper body muscle.
Planks and crunches while holding a weight, increase weight and time spent planking every other workout until you're happy with definition. Eat clean to keep off body fat and you're good to go girl.

Do you have top belly with 'flexing' (sucking your belly in) or not? If you have a naturally flat belly you simply lack any muscle whatsoever, if you have to suck it in your bf% is higher than you believe and you need to lose fat. Both may help you, its hard to tell without seeing an actual picture without flexing/filters/etc

If you are as skinny as you say you are then yes.
It tightens the muscle running under the abs that funcion like belt pulling your waist in.
You will see results after one week, but will be really noticable after one month so do it consistently.
Your belly will blob out a little more immediately after doing it, but thats because it gets tired.
Rest time inbetween should be just 2-3 deep breaths
If you have top belly when totally relaxed, then your bf% is really low and that includes visceral fat. In other words, you do not need to cut, though cutting can be benefitial regardless.
I'll recommend heavier ab exercises if you're serious about it and not meme tiktok workouts. Leg raises, and weighted leg raises when you can do those, weighted crunches, and pulley crunches if those are available to you. Forget planks (no contraction at either end of the ROM, useless resistance meme exercise) and other shit you see on tiktok.

You need to lower you BF by cutting cals. Ideally you would also lift some weights to get some muscle and look a bit """toned""", but that is not as necessary on women as is on men.
