Won't working out tire me out, and make me weak during a fight?

>do bad thing
>get locked up
>weak arms, will lose fights
>idea: make arms strong
>work out
>arms tired after working out
>get in fights while arms tired
tfw
Tell me how I can get strong without getting momentarily vulnerable. Also, program suggestions?

That isn't a picture of me, I looked up "beaten up face" on Google. Teach me how to strengthen myself without immediately weakening myself.

So if I don't work out, I'll have weak arms at 100%. If I do, right afterwards I'll have stronger arms at like 30%, even weaker than my initially weak arms at full capacity. How to optimise violence capabilities? I know I throw my hand like a girl right after hitting a set, arms all sore and shit. Frick

Unless you have disgustingly bad genetics you should be able to exert >95% of your strength after a few minutes of rest from strenuous exercise
I have no trouble outrunning school guards after leg day so I know from experience

I know this isn't true, and I doubt its because my genetics are absolute shit because I'm ~6'2" and used to be pretty good at football. I punch slower, I punch less hard. It isn't 95. Someone told me once that adrenaline kicks in in a fight and basically it won't matter, is this true? I've been in fights before and never noticed a massive surge in strength, nor have I ever fought right after working out

I could have this luxury if I didn't do the bad thing which landed me in the predicament I'm in. No one I know is not wrecked after leg day.

Maybe you're a beast with recovery, but I can hardly walk out of the gym after leg day. I suppose after an hour or two I could run but I'd still tire easily

Do 15-30 minutes of running after every workout, you'll be able to recover faster after a month I guarantee it.
First two weeks will hurt though

If you add some light leg exercise on your other days leg day soreness will go down significantly on your specific leg day. You ain't even gotta do much, like a couple sets of 1pl8 squats.

Training how to fight will also tire you out, so especially don't train how to fight.

You obviously never been in a fight, your muscles may ache but they maintain strength that you can still tap into and will do in a fight, just know that using your reserve strength this way will likely injury you after so only use as last resort

I have never been in a fight tired. I have only been in a proper fight with an equal once, and he was a friend of mine and we were fighting for fun. I did not just hit my bench PR, and started at 100. Everyone else was like 5'7" homosexualy kids I fricked with in high school and I either held back or had no trouble at all. I am worried about muscle fatigue, because I'm completely wrecked after a workout and can't see myself performing at a very high calibre during such a state

gym guys after leg day are prime targets for rape, just slip a little something in their drink bottle when you know they're close to finishing. that plus the fatigue makes them super weak no matter how big they are
