    Pull ups are overrated. Are you doing heavy pulls like deadlifts and rows? Also farmers walk with trap bar, with your deadlift 1rm.

    Same here. Only thing that helps a bit is doing sitting rows + Keeping hands/elbows low, pulling towards the lower abs.
    Also feel it mostly in the biceps doing face pulls.

    For any given muscle - I just do volume for 2 weeks, then 1 week i do mqx strength. 1 week rest.
    Gets me max mass and sfrength.
    Frankly back got so strong i started injuring elbows a d shoulders due to large weight. That was pretty sad to realize I had neglected joint strength quit a lot

    Back has a lot of muscles. Have to work on your rhomboid, rear delts, traps, maybe even two diffent curls for the diffent bicep heads and some horizontal pulling. Then your lats won't be held back as much. Back/pull day should have a lot variety because it is really hard to hit everything enough to really see a differnce because like deadlift it's very thinly distrubuted to see as much hypertrophy in any specific area with pure compounds.

    My question is do you think he would have survived if that roller stool wasn't there?
    It looks like stopped the bar at a flatter angle and made it harder to escape because of both the angle/leverage and just larger surface pressing on the neck enabling it to press on both of the of carotid arteries instead of one.

      Definitely. The bar would have hit the bench and had a better angle to get off his neck. Plus it would weigh less to push off with one hand.

    In my opinion you aren't contracting your back muscles that much and most of the work done is done by the arms. When I exercise my back my arms are barely pumped when back muscles give out and my arms take over some of the work. Maybe you should give straps a go.
