    There is actually away to spot reduce fat , inject hgh in the same spot over and over, it even says in the leaflet dont do that or you will lose fat in that area, its the opposite of insulin which you gain fat where you inject if done over and over in same spot . But I think no one does it as it leaves pits and its not even fatloss.

    The ONLY area of fat where is hard as fuark to lose fat is surrounding/above the penor (called FUTA). I will not say it's impossible, but I've reached 14% bf and is still there.
    Still cutting for the summer (target 12%) but this is fricking depressing.

    the only way you can "kind of" target fat-loss, "in theory", is if that area of your body ( the one you want to loose fat at. ) heats up a lot more, fat cells liquify really easily, and the hotter they get the more easy they are for your body to break down.

    injectable clen / yohimbine / dnp etc.. basically does this.
