Working 55hrs per week

Is it even possible to make gains as 55hrs a week hotel manager?

I don’t finish until midnight most nights. And do 20k steps per day.

1/3rd of your week to making money for some garden gnome
He's very likely making money for himself as well. Are you retarded?

Not enough to warrant such concessions to your living standard. Never enter a profession that is a buyer's market.

Yes, I used to work out from wednesday to sunday when I had a fucked up schedule

He's still pays taxes, so he's making a garden gnome rich anyway

I need a job; tell me what it's like being a hotel manager and whether it needs credentials because I have none. Hotel work seems pretty comfy, I don't care if the pay sucks.

A lot of pressure and stress, you’re average employee is 20 years old and retarded. High staff turnover, long hours, lots of problems from alcohol if your hotel has a bar that’s open late. Depending on the business you may have weddings/events to deal with and of course customer service for members of the public you simply want to kill.

As for credentials, start working in a hotel and don’t be a retard. Someone will let you manage their hotel within 5-10 years, it won’t be a 5 star 300 bedroom resort though. That does take decades of experience.

Depends on the place, I make only 30k as it’s a small hotel. But could be 50k+ in a good hotel.

This is going to be my routine in about a year
    >4am work
    >10AM-12pm get off work
    >1pm school
    >3-6pm study
    >6-7pm lift
    >7:30Pm sleep

And also lift on the days I don’t work

I want to move out of my house so my father can sell it and retire and move. It’s gonna be difficult but I believe I can do it, even if my workouts are half assed some weeks due to exhaustion so long as I get them done or do some form of lifting consistently. I’m not sure what better schedule I could make. It may be better if I could find a job that fits my criteria (no register or customer service shit, very little human interaction) that’s later in the day so I can be focused on school in the morning, lift at 6am before school.

UPS and FedEx usually have 4-12 shifts, just moving packages around, it in itself is good exercise and you don't have to deal with people. Pay still sucks but it is plenty tolerable work for what it is if you're not a lardass.

Thank you bro this is actually very helpful knowledge for me. I need to cut and I was going to have to give up on my morning hour walks for that routine, but if I get that job boom I’ll be active for a good 8 hours and burn more fat than in my hour walk probably. This means my cut can continue at the same speed or even go faster and get me shredded enough to fuck 18 year olds all the more faster.
The pay is important because I need to be able to move out and rent where I am is shit. But I should be able to pull it off with struggling and a studio or renting a friends room out.

I don’t want to avoid people btw, I need to be around people to some degree to keep social anxiety at bay so when I’m stuck in a classroom with 20 other people I’m not in my head but rather able to focus on the lecture. I just can’t deal with interacting with hundreds or thousands of people a day anymore, especially after the last job I held. Something like stock or even better yet what you presented would be great and fits my criteria so long as I can figure the moving out part out.

I work 50+ per week as a warehouse logistics supervisor. Not super physically demanding but I do lots of walking while I'm supervisor-ing. I make okay gains but they're much slower than it otherwise would be, obviously. The real gains goblin here is an inconsitent sleep schedule since I have other obligations outside of work/gym

Does the hotel have a gym on the premises?

See if company policy allows for use of the gym. If not, make a suggestion for employees to get access to work out on or off shift. Health insurance companies cut deals for employee sponsored healthcare for this.

I left a job partly due to it effecting my gains, among other things.

Lack of sleep and stress ruined my gains. I struggled to get to the gym and would often have shitty workouts due to exhaustion.

I work in a hotel too. 60 hours a week (12 hour x 5 days). I use the in-house staff gym during my hour break and right after work. Since you work as a hotel manager you should know how "hard" hotel guards "work" lol.

If you're working 55h a week managing a hotel, you probably have the resources and authority to delegate some of your responsibilities. It's either take fewer hours at work or have less free time. Otherwise you're SOL, gay.

I’m not allowed to delegate tasks, I’m under orders to get staff pay as low as possible.

Jesus, I got paid more just as a front desk slave at a resort. Fuck managing those lazy retards

      >managing a hotel for $11/h

      I only manage 13 employees it’s a small hotel.

You'd make more waging literally anywhere else for less stress and responsibility. How are you a manager of anything making less than a McDonald's cashier??

If you have to ask the answer is "no." Capable for someone who just fucks off and does it rather than asking random strangers on a Taiwanese knitting and crochet website and has already halfway given up? Sure.
