Forcing yourself to do things that are hard, and few people will do, such as

    >building wealth through a business,
    >approaching girls regularly
    >expanding your social circle

Working out is great but it's not #1 priority. It won't make up for failing at the things above.

Building the discipline to work 15-20 hours a week on your side business until it works and you can quit your job is much harder than lifting some weights 3x a week.
Same with approaching girls, starting conversations, meeting new people if you're bad at it...

Many people use working out as a form of procrastination to avoid doing these things with a much higher ROI.

    Discipline is a meme.
You know why other people effortlessly do the things they have to do? Because they're not as mentally fricked as you are from browsing this board for years or whatever other shit happened to you in life. There is barely any effort put in on their part.
How do I know that? Because I once used to think too that enough discipline would fix me and allow me to achieve my goals. After working on my mental hang ups things just got so much fricking easier. Now I can get myself to workout even on really bad days with just a bit of mental pep talks. I even understand how normies don't ever will understand how hard it is to do simple things as someone mindfricked. And that's coming from me who has been a NEET for 5 years, never leaving the house except every 2 weeks late in the evening to do groceries.
Stop trying to fix your fricked up internal game with external achievements.

CBT and its equivalents (some forms of meditation, belief systems, etc) are one of the best strategies, know thyself and all
doubly more important when your brain's handicapping your shit due to whatever damaged it in the past
