working out while working your job

How do you guys do it? I've had a remote job the past two years and it resulted in me getting a ton of progress due to being able to go lift whenever I need to on my breaks and having my diet made easy. I took a new job that pays even better, but the catch is Its hybrid but close to my house. This means I'll probably have to meal prep for the days I'm in the office, and will have less time for workouts on my lunchbreaks due to having to change clothes and drive from the office. How do you guys manage your schedule and diet while working in your office? I'd appreciate any tips

I have been working from home for 2.5 years. lost nearly 30 lbs, gained a good bit of muscle, but I can't get rid of the little pooch. I eat fairly well (about 100 g/protein per day and around 2000 calories total/day).

To answer your question, this is all due to working from home and making my own schedule. If I had a normal 9-5, I would get up at 3 or 4 a.m. I hate 5 p.m. gym.

100g of protein at 182lbs? Wtf? Are you trying to sabotage your gains on purpose?

Just did a double last night, got off at 8 am, went to sleep til about 1:30, worked out until bout 3, grilling a quick steak, heading in for another double.

If it was easy being a rich, jacked chad, everyone would do it.

I got after work because I have discipline and don't expect anything to be easy. Gym 6 days a week with gym on the 7th day for active recovery on a rowing machine.

On your office days just workout at night. At my gym the rush hour hell usually wraps up around 7:30-8pm. Eat dinner before and then have a protein shake + snack when you get back.
