    Can't, and it sucks. I do half my workouts with bands or they'll hurt half a week. Also this shit can skip a generation, if your grandparent(s) have shit wrists your offspring (as unlikely as that happening is) might get cursed by it as well. Forget israeliteelry type (e.g. Rolex) watches, but those are for gays anyway.

    Literally the only pro is you can take a picture of your arm (only) and impress people online because even with little effort and some pump it'll look thicker and more vascular than an erect bull wiener.
