        this is a pattern of thinking that you should break out of, even separate from fitness. i cannot tell you how many people in my life suffer from "i'll do it as soon as x y z criteria are met"
        eventually what this leads to is you setting unrealistic benchmarks so that you have an excuse for not having to do things. btw, if you wait until jan/feb to start one of your first thoughts will be that you should have started going today instead of making this post

        is right. If you don't break the "I have to do X before I do Y" thinking, then you can get stuck in weird loops, I can't do X, till I do Y, I can't do Y till I do Z, I can't do Z till I do X. OH NO I'm trapped!
        Unless you literally can't do something.
        Like obviously you can't pain the house before you buy paint.

        do 30 minutes in the gym first thing in the morning. up at six, hit the gym, go to exam, at what? 9?
