Correct, everything I see says surgery is the only way to fix the skin part but the bone structure it fricked. Maybe some experimental korean surgery that shaves the bones but makes it so you can never squat.

It looks like the guy in OP's pic is either at a big enough calorie deficit and/or watches his macros while lifting. He can get his extra skin, but he's gotta start doing more than benchpresses and reverse curls.

184 cm 87 kg 5 months into fitness dyelgay.
60 kg DL, 20 kg OHP, 20 kg BB Curl, 70 Ab Wheel reps, 30 kg squats.
I'm somewhat limited by my equipment. Currently only have a barbell and two dumbells, planning to sign up to a gym soon.
