    No. Maybe if they were absolutely diced but a natty lifter is unlikely to maintain very low bodyfat without muscle loss. At 6'3 you can't really be big under 200lbs

          Just how dumb are you? Theres no universal natty limit. Some people can go up to 200 pounds of muscle, some cant. Thats why not everyone is cut out to be a pro bodybuildre or an nfl player.

            Using a standard reference point is commonplace in such discussions. Obviously I mean an average you fuckwit of which an ffmi of 23 is used. You can find out about more about your potential muscle growth using your wrist size and ankle size.

              Thats wasnt even the point you monkey brain retard, the point is your genetics determine how well you will place in a competition. Some people grow muscle faster some dont. Its not just about if you outwork the other guy. You can take all the drugs in the world and you wouldnt even look like a natty ronnie coleman did.

            An FFMI above 25 is not possible without drugs.
            FFMI = FFM / (height2) + 6.3 x (1.8 - height)
            25 = FFM / 1,902 + 6.3 x -0.1
            FFM = (25 + 0.63) x 1,92 = 92.5kg
            At 12% bf that would be 105kg.

                The original argument is 190 pounds. That is easily doable or fuck any ffmi of 23 is easily doable without even anything particularly special.

                I'm a classic ectomorph standing in at 6'2 and my max weight was 175. I've been physically active all my life basically (not autistically lifting) more like different sports. Nothing easy about it. And yes i do consider that my muscle building genetics are mediocre at best, but atleast a can maintain a sixpack year round while eating whatever i want so i dont complain.
