I’m also 5’7 and around 160lbs
Ohp: 95lbs for 12
Bench: 195lbs for 1 or 185lbs for 2
Squat: 225lbs for 5
Deadlift: lol
Hope you're cutting because being at a higher bodyfat % makes it harder to build muscle in a caloric surplus. I would cut and focus on your form and hypertrophy for your lifts. Lower the weight and increase the reps.
