    Does it even look like I lift? I’m pretty weak, my lifts are:
    OHP: 47.5kg for 3 sets of 5
    Bench: 72.5 for 2 sets of 5 (today)
    Squat: 85kg for 4 sets of 5
    Romanian deadlift: 75kg for 3 sets of 10
    I’m also 5’7 and around 160lbs

      Squat: 225lbs for 5
      Deadlift: lol

      Hope you're cutting because being at a higher bodyfat % makes it harder to build muscle in a caloric surplus. I would cut and focus on your form and hypertrophy for your lifts. Lower the weight and increase the reps.
