Wrists are a tell-tall sign on how strong/how long someone has been lifting. Wrists muscles are extremely hard to target and respond mostly to high grip strength that results from heavy deadlifts. If your wrists are under 6" in girth, I can GUARANTEE you can not bench even a measly 2pl8. Isn't that funny? I can tell how much your BENCH is from your wrist size LOL. Wrists are also another one of those things girls notice but aren't even aware they noticed. Something just looks "off" about wristlets. You also look ridiculous wearing watches
