Wrists are a tell-tall sign on how strong/how long someone has been lifting. Wrists muscles are extremely hard to target and respond mostly to high grip strength that results from heavy deadlifts. If your wrists are under 6" in girth, I can GUARANTEE you can not bench even a measly 2pl8. Isn't that funny? I can tell how much your BENCH is from your wrist size LOL. Wrists are also another one of those things girls notice but aren't even aware they noticed. Something just looks "off" about wristlets. You also look ridiculous wearing watches

            i'm not talking about grip strength, my friend. i'm talking about how much muscle mass you can put on. there are a number of formulas out there that accurately predict where you will max out your natty potential (i.e. 25 FFMI) based on the size of your wrists, ankles and ribcage

      pinch your wrist the widest parts you feel are the fricking bone, it's a joint, you CANNOT GROW YOUR JOINTS
      You cannot grow your hands (not longer at least) you cannot increase your height, etc. etc.
      The size of your joints are actually pretty decent indications of how much strength and size your can have, because they are important features of the frame
      But there is more to it like lever advantages and so on
