Yes and no, you can target your forearm even with curls but you have to flex your wrist while doing them. Forearms curls are much better for that.

Got nothing, sorry. All you can do is gain weight and/or spend an absurd amount of time doing movements that will thicken up all the tendons in the hand like rockclimbers, but this won't make your hand larger, just thicker (Though gaining weight and by extension fat might make them very slightly longer/wider, it won't be that much)

Over time the tendons can thicken up from use, if you progress on forearm exercises that heavily use the tendons while making sure you don't get tendonitis this could probably speed it up. Maybe look into pinch gripping multiple plates or something 6-10 cm wide as I find that you tend to feel the tendons in your wrist a LOT when pinch gripping stuff with a more open hand. Also axle bars/fat grips tend to also use the tendons more so you can try that too. This would be a very long process but it is doable. Other than that just get big and strong overall.

The three main parts that will contribute the most to size are:

Finger curls, wrist roller
>extensors
Wrist extensions, reverse wrist roller
>brachioradialis
EZ bar reverse curls, don't use a thumbless grip as your grip will give out. Don't cheat at all with your hips/back, use a slow eccentric, and don't raise your elbows, and use wrist wraps. Otherwise you may frick up your wrists (happened to me, I learned my lesson, now I can do these with no issue). Hammer curls are also good but they won't bias the brachioradialis as much, they're more of a hybrid lift (however you can use fat grips on them without any problems so maybe do that)
Myoreps are also very good for finger curls and reverse/hammer curls so try that as well. Train forearms frequently as they recover fairly fast, and I highly recommend using supersets/giantsets whenever you can to save time as forearm exercises are not very taxing.
Shit forgot to mention, you CAN make part of your hands bigger. The thumb pad and pinky pad have muscle there, so if you do pinch grip exercises those will grow. Obviously this won't make your hand longer/wider but it's still worth a shot if you think it'd help.

Egolifting, I was using a lot of body english + more weight than I should have been using (I'm still using less weight right now than what I was using back then) + thought I was above using wrist wraps; I ended up getting wrist pain for months because of it and couldn't do anything that aggravated my wrist. It went away on its own though after I waited long enough.

Tendons can grow over time, it takes a very long time though (think 5-10+ years) but some people have gained an inch or more on their wrists from tendon growth from lifting.

only forearms and to a much lesser extent hands can be directly trained by movements already recommended here, but the most important thing for increasing the size of all of that is time, the bones and connective tissue in your arms will get stimulated by your natural GH production and in 10 years everything will be slightly bigger
Also I have no evidence for this but I'm sure that if you lift for 10 years your wrists will get bigger just by your tendons thickening from regular training/lifting
