I have struggled with squats my entire life. The best and I mean very best I ever did was 345 for sets of 3. Leg length really makes a difference. The thing you need to realize in terms of force output is because of the hugely increased range of motion is that your legs will be extremely strong and be able to output the same force someone with stub legs and a higher squat can do but your training numbers with a barbell will always be lower.
Pretty impressive but if your entire self worth is so reliant on how heavy you can lift that this hurts you, you need to find some other things to base your value upon.
Also, what the fuck is that stupid ass haircut?
what's up with zoomers and being insanely strong at one lower body lift while having ratively underwhelming physiques and mediocre strength on everything else?
it's like every week i see some new "phenom" sumo deadlifting 700lbs or low bar "squatting" 650lbs, yet you go check his page and he's some 155lb borderline DYEL who struggles to bench 225lbs
it's so fucking weird, it's almost the exact opposite of the gymbros of the mid 2000s, guys with huge arms who could bench 405+, but had proportionately small and weak legs
it's also similar to the tiny girls who hip thrust 400+lbs, weird as fuck how they're DYEL in general but have some super optimized squat, dl, or hip thrust
has anybody else noticed this?
t-rex zoomers? DYELs with crazy sumo pulls or lowbar squat? it is absurd
is this it? estrogen making zoomies efficient at hip hinge movements
these fuckers can squat 405 for reps but have the physique of a 36 year old pregnant latina and struggle to OHP 135, i have no idea how they can feel good about their results
Wow neat. Now he can be 22 and tell everyone how he "i used to lift back in the day" like all the other gays that lifted heavy when they were in high school.
This.
I can't even process this as a squat. It's a different movement. I used to feel bad about my 365 bench, because my gym has a board with bench press maxes and so many people are in the upper 400s.
Then I went to our gym bench comp and saw that they were all wearing bench suits and struggled to push 3pl8 without it during warm ups.
Elastic equipment is a completely different movement.
you're unironically right, you should have a nice day. it is important that you remove yourself from the gene pool asap, since the only thing weaker than your body is your mind.
Some guy benched that for reps or whatever.
What's this?
A Hispanic named Xavier squatting more at 16 than you’ve been able to achieve in a lifetime

Same dude. I have long ass limbs and a short torso. I crush dealifts but I'm just not built for squats. It is what it is

Squatting is inferior to hill sprints. Everything is inferior to hill sprints. I”m fucking shredded.

His body weight looks a lot more than just 16
What shit form he gets three red lights

estrogen in tap water makes people leg- and hip-dominant

So the guy in OP post video struggles with a 135 lbs ohp?
doubt it, probably hits 185, but the ratio is still off
grossly overdeveloped lower body compared to upper
Wow neat. Now he can be 22 and tell everyone how he "i used to lift back in the day" like all the other gays that lifted heavy when they were in high school.
> wraps + suit
Still impressive though. But without it he can prob only do 500-550
