wtf does that mean when you get cravings for sweet stuff? I recently started zone 2 cardio and pushed my maximum every day, but I guess I slightly overdid it. the following days I had intense cravings for sweets and not much else (I eat sweets very rarely otherwise). did I run out of muscle glycogen?
Your body is telling you it NEEDS fuel. You are starving yourself by doing too much exercise without enough glucose.
calorie deficit
simple as
you don't even have to eat sweets just eat your normal food to the maintenance and the craving will go away
I did eat over maintenance though. I can tell hunger vs craving sweets. It was definitely the latter.
Eating over maintenance means nothing if your macros are off
You're probably not doing zone 2 but zone 3
Test your maximum heart rate, it might be lower than you think
drink zero sugar/calorie sodas. it kills the sugar withdrawal symptons. thats what i did to get unhooked of sugar. if you are having a proper diet even if cutting you should feel hunger, not sugar cravings
I have found creatine helps with this.
shame about the balding
The parasites in your gut are demanding sugar
This. Candida is the most documented I believe, but there's all manner of gut bacteria and other less wonderful things that may cause sudden desire for sugar.
It's the fucking parasitic bacteria in your gut manipulating you
>I recently started zone 2 cardio and pushed my maximum every day
what does that mean?
>zone 2 cardio
>pushed my maximum every day
huh..?
It means your literally in starvation mode. Your body is literally cannibalising itself
>starvation mode
Not a thing
So you're burning an extra 400ish calories a day that your body isn't used to. Drink zero calorie sodas and it'll autoregulate eventually assuming you're in a surplus.
Good advice.
