what the fuck is with my body, man. i have slight pectus excavatum btw. i have a super strong back compared to my chest, can do 10 chin ups or 7 pull ups with strict form but struggle with +20 push ups.
i feel like i have great back/arms genetics but my chest and shoulders are holding me back. what to do bros? what do you think?

Have you considered lifting weights?
stop worrying about details like slight imbalance from muscle to muscle and just eat more and train hard. literally all you need to do at this point. you can start worrying about minutia when you stop seeing consistent progress.

multivitamin and try to eat more protein not eat more food is what I did, pushups 6days a week, I'm shorter, lighter than you but its working. start with twenty to thirty good form pushups each day until they are easy for the week then up by ten pushups, eventually your back may give out before your arms because of core strength, don't overdo your back, just keep at the number of pushups your back can handle until it's stronger
