Y'all got any good high protein breakfast recipes?

Y'all got any good high protein breakfast recipes? I currently do .5 cup of rolled oats, whole milks, raisins, and 2-3 tbsp of peanut butter. It's not bad but it's only 20-something grams. Looking for something that can be made quick or prepped and reheated in advance.

are you looking for a hot foods in particular? I often have plain greek yogurt (around 1 cup) with a scoop of protein powder, 2+ tablespoons of peanut butter, and mixed berries. I will sometimes add some high protein granola and mixed seeds too, and it can easily end up around 50-60 grams of protein. I really enjoy this in the morning or post workout.

hard boiled eggs are also good to have on hand for when you don't want to spend a bunch of time cooking

I've never tried eating eggs; what do they taste like and how easily can you frick up cooking them?

You can't. The odds of getting salmonella from a raw egg are so low that there's virtually no risk in eating them raw, which is the only thing you'd want to consider otherwise. The rest is up to your own preferences. I prefer to alternate between raw eggs (added to my morning smoothie) and scrambled with hot sauce and a little bit of Italian seasoning.

The typical brekky of eggs bacon toast gets to often be so calorically dense you can't work out proper. If you workout prior to this that's fine, but to get the energy for the wrokout you'd need to drown yourself in coffee usually. I find your brekky to be sufficient enough and won't have to wait 2 hours for your breakfast to digest somewhat.

My usual breakfast is 2 multi grain Wasa bread crackers with hummus spread on them, 2 handfuls of pistachios, and a banana.
