Okay what's a good program? I do cardio everyday for reference, that's why I only want to life 2-3 times a week.

Miku has a motorcycle? That's very cool.

If you only want to lift 2 or 3 days stick with full body. Post routine.

Switch up everything every month or so. I do a month of Upper, Full, Lower. Then a month of Arms, Chest & Back, Legs. Then a month of Full Body with Upper focus, Lower focus, and both. Do different exercises to keep things novel for your muscles.

This is really bad for progression and therefore your gains. Don't do program hopping like this

        wtf is a cager?

term for car drivers. Mostly derogatory and used in quotes like
"DUMB CAGER BITCH CUT ME OFF"
or " WAGIE TAKING THE CAGIE TO WORK FOR SHLOMO"
          etc.

After riding a motorcycle cars(besides convertibles) mostly feel like cages. On two wheels you are exposed to the environment so much more.

If you mean you can much easier get hit by anything and die, then yes

Good for noobs and mongolroiders. If you're neither then do something like a gentlemens split or PPL with an arm day added on

Callisthenic full body every single day.

I recommend people start out on a routine like that for their first year or so because it builds a solid strength foundation so they can move meaningful weight when they transition to a PPL routine. By the time they go into PPL they should already be hitting 4/3/2/1/20 and it'll be much easier to focus on hypertrophy with a well-rounded physique without any imbalances

Yeah. You just need to hit every muscle in your body twice or thrice a week while also giving them at least a day to recover. How you choose to spread it across the week matters little. There's nothing magical about PPL or full body, it all depends on whether it's more convenient for you to spend many short or a few long sess at the gym.
