Yeet her into the lake

>Be me
>Talking trash to a woman
>Tell her if she gets on my nerves Ill chuck her into a lake (We live in 2 different counties; but plan on meeting in a few months).
>Picked up a female once about 2 months ago and dunked the back of her head/some of her hair in the water while holding her like a bride
>Foreign girl tells me to pick her up over her head when I do it; she’s in love with the idea
>She plans on showing a LOT of people if I manage to do it
>Practice at the gym
>1rpm OHP 135lb
>Push press 135lb for 5 reps
This was my starting numbers as a first try (I’ve been working out for a while anyway, so I’m not a straight noob). What can I do to speed up the process; aside from GOMAD+Oats. I’ve got a month to be able to do this to a woman who weighs 150lbs

Ape Out, Gorilla Mindset Shirt $21.68

Stop talking about your fetish for getting women wet. Also post video of you doing OHP 135lb or it didn't happen.

You won't be able to ohp her. It's harder to move a person at a certain weight than it is to move a piece of metal, mainly because the metal is balanced and immobile and the person is not.

I can squat 160kg for reps (4pl8) and I can ohp only about 45, 50kg, which is slightly less than 1pl8. Delts are small and weak, you're delusional if you think you will get this sort of progress in a month. Your only option is to cheat lift her, like in a back squat and then launch her over your head with momentum.

also idk you two sound moronic, there is about a 15% chance of serious injury or death in this stunt you're trying to pull for no reason

      >can squat over 3x his OHP
Holy shit you have a serious muscular imbalance

Pro wrestler here. Picking up a person as dead weight is really difficult, but the opposite of what said. Since they are not a bar, they are able to shift their weight and support some of it themselves. They can also help get into position to do the press. Here are some tips
      >Have her jump into the lift so it's easier to get her over your head. I imagine her thrill comes from you holding her over yourself, rather than just picking her off the ground
      >Have her support her own weight by pushing on your shoulders
      >The most important part is your hand positioning, you want your hands on a solid part of her body that can handle being lifted. I recommend one hand on her chest, just under her neck. And one hand on her pussy or pubic bone. Seriously the closer you get to her crotch the easier it will be.
      >If you can do 135 for 5, you can do 150 for 1... probably.

Good luck op, if you do manage to go through with it you better post that shit here.

Thanks for the help Anon; I forgot the thrill is as you said; being in the air (in hindsight that’s what she was getting at).
Having her jump is definitely a good idea; I’m trying to think of how to sell it to her
        >Push on my shoulders
Not a half bad idea, just gotta find out how to sell it. Actually; I doubt she’d notice the difference or care (she just wants to be held up as you said).
        >And one hand on her pussy or pubic bone. Seriously the closer you get to her crotch the easier it will be.
That’s gonna be a tough one, I’ll try to adjust form accordingly. Below the neck is cool; I just don’t want this chick jumping on me when she drops me off at the hotel I’ll probably be staying at. Kek. I appreciate the help though dude, and the bump
I’ll watch pro wrestling videos to get a better hang of it
        >Post a video here
If she doesn’t post it on social media I’ll see what I can do

Just found the video; I see what you mean. It looks a lot easier in hindsight if she’s able to support it. Albeit less Chad if she knows, but I can imagine I can sell it as “If you help, I can hold you in the air longer” and just tell her I can do it regardless (which obviously I can)

IDK if id be taking advice from someone who squats 3x his OHP.

I ohp 190 for reps, and yes it's hard to ohp a person compared to a same weight barbell. people shift around a lot and you have to counter balance that. anyways just do lots of ohp work and also take some anavar.

      >45, 50kg, which is slightly less than 1pl8.
      >slightly less
Deluded. For the record that's about my OHP, and I know just how far out of my reach 1pl8 is; for now anyways.
We're talking to adding another 10kg to 50kg, which is a 20% increase. Delts aren't growing that fast buddy.

Not saying you're wrong, but man, that's a serious muscle imbalance you have there, squatting more than 3x your OHP. I reached 50 kg OHP after like one month of lifting, I still haven't reached 160 kg squat after more than a year.

Sorry anon but there is zero chance you're going to do this unless you get on gear, and even then you probably won't do it. I consider myself an OHP specialist (185 lb strict PR while weighing 185 lbs).

I genuinely have OHP'd women before. But as so many people have said, lifting a person is so much more difficult than lifting a barbell.

I'd say you'd have to be able to push press AT LEAST 165 lbs to have a chance at push pressing the 150 lb girl. But then you need to consider just how exactly you plan to get her in to the position for pressing her. That will take energy, and if you do it poorly, it'll take a lot.

      >push press AT LEAST 165 lbs to have a chance at push pressing the 150 lb girl
After I got done doing my OHP (1 rep max) I went to push press at 155 and almost got up there. I can make it happen; I have to apply for a passport so I have until then. I can train every other day and make this happen

Okay OP if you insist on going for it, this is the hand position that I've found best for pressing women.

Have her cross her arms and legs, and put a hand inside her arm and thigh. If you guys go inside the water it'll be much easier to get her up to shoulder height to begin the press.

Pic related, me pressing a girl on a group vacation.

I have a serious fetish for lifting and carrying women. No, that's not a joke. Nothing gets me harder than picking up a woman.
I especially like putting them on my shoulders and carry them around like children. I sometimes do this when I'm hiking with my gf and she's tired, I just lift her up and carry her on my shoulders for a part of the way (she's a very petite Asian, she's 5'3'' and weighs like 100 lbs, so it's not really a challenge and I can do this for quite a while without problems). I have the feeling she's into it as well, even though she won't admit it. Gets us weird looks oftentimes, but I don't care. I also love to carefully pick her up and carry her to bed when she's fallen asleep on the couch. Also having sex with her while lifting her up is great (albeit pretty challenging). Once I've actually tried bench pressing her and another female friend of ours hanging from the ends of a barbell when we were all drunk, but sadly I've failed because her friend was heavier than her and their movements made balancing impossible.

Is that very weird? Are women into this or am I just imagining that my gf likes this as well?
